Refund Policy

ACI Technology Services offers professional consulting and implementation services. Due to the nature of these services, the following refund policy applies:

30-Minute Strategy Call

Full refund is available if the call is cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. No refund is provided for no-shows or cancellations less than 12 hours in advance.

Assessment and Consulting Packages

Refunds may be considered only if work has not yet started. Once the assessment or consulting work has begun, payments are non-refundable.

Implementation Projects

Implementation and custom development projects are non-refundable once work has commenced. Any prepayments are applied toward the project scope.
